With the opening of our new showroom in Bali, we aim to create a destination where clients, architects, and interior designers can experience our curated collections in a refined setting.

Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic Showroom Manager to lead the launch and daily operations of our Bali showroom. This role requires a strong balance of sales leadership, operational management, and luxury customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Implement and uphold Indocasas branding and visual identity within the showroom.

Lead staff recruitment, training, and performance management.

Coordinate and execute showroom opening events (soft and grand opening) and ongoing event programming.

Oversee product presentation, display, and merchandising standards.

Drive sales performance through customer engagement and relationship building.

Carry out constant market research to stay updated on the latest commercial and residential projects and proactively approach potential clients.

Build and maintain strong connections with interior design studios in Bali to develop long-term business relationships.

Conduct sales analysis, stock planning, and procurement coordination.

Develop and implement pricing strategies including competitor analysis and promotions.

Manage marketing efforts on-site, including brochures, samples, and brand materials.

Collaborate with the marketing team on media engagement, photo/video content, and showroom campaigns.

Set and monitor targets for sales and team performance

Requirements

Minimum 5 years experience in showroom or retail management (luxury furniture, interiors, or lifestyle brands preferred).

Strong leadership and team-building skills.

Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

Excellent communication and customer relationship management.

Understanding of design trends, visual merchandising, and brand positioning.

Fluent in both Indonesian (Bahasa Indonesia) and English, spoken and written.

Based in Bali or open to relocation.
