We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Sales Account Manager to drive sustainable growth by enhancing marketing effectiveness, optimizing market and business intelligence, and strengthening customer relationships. This role requires a consultative approach to selling, strong account management, understanding Business Acumen based on Industry Segment and the ability to craft compelling commercial proposals.
Qualifications:
Bachelor&aposs Degree in Business, Marketing, Management, Or Relate Filed
Work Experience:
Minimum 5 years in B2B Sales, Account Management or Business Development

Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Act as the primary liaison between clients and the company, ensuring client needs are met.
- Provide ongoing support for both new projects and renewals.
- Consultative Selling
- Apply solution-based selling by understanding each clients specific business needs.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling to deliver added value.
- Account Planning
- Develop annual account plans with growth targets and risk management strategies.
- Regularly update plans for priority clients.
- Create strategies to achieve healthy-win targets for each managed account.
- Negotiation & Pricing
- Formulate competitive and profitable pricing strategies based on market analysis and client value.
- Coordinate internally to secure optimal pricing offers for clients.
- Contract Management
- Initiate and coordinate contract negotiations and final proposals.
- Identify and manage potential contract risks to ensure smooth agreements.
- Commercial Business Proposal
- Prepare professional and persuasive business proposals with technical and commercial details.
- Ensure proposals reflect the value-added of our solutions and align with client needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams (technical, finance, etc.) to develop accurate and impactful proposals.
- Lead proposal presentations and secure client approvals.
