Job Description

Responsibilities

Design wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using modern design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, etc.).
Build and maintain a consistent design system.
Conduct user research and usability testing to identify insights and improve user experience.
Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Developers to ensure smooth implementation of designs.
Optimize user flows for efficiency and ease of use.
Iterate designs based on user feedback and product analytics.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer.
Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design projects.
Proficiency with tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Illustrator, Photoshop.
Solid understanding of User-Centered Design, Wireframing, Prototyping, and Design Thinking.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Experience designing for both mobile apps (iOS/Android) and web platforms.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development process.
