Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Team Leader in Marketing located in PT Panin Asset Management, Pondok Indah Branch. The Team Leader Marketing will be responsible for leading and managing the marketing team, developing and implementing marketing strategies, coordinating with the sales team, and overseeing communication efforts. The role involves supervising marketing campaigns, planning and executing marketing events, and ensuring that all marketing activities align with the companys objectives.

Qualifications:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing or sales roles in the financial or asset management industry

- Having a WAPERD (Wakil Perantara Perdagangan Efek) license will be an added value

- Strong leadership and team management skills

- Ability to analyze and develop effective marketing strategies

- Good communication and presentation skills

- Results-oriented and target-driven

Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and business partners

- Increase brand awareness and company reputation
