Tax & Finance International Structuring Manager

Compensation Package: IDR: 10-25 Million / Month (based on qualification) + Bonus

Role Overview

We are seeking a senior tax and structuring professional (exBig 4 or international advisory firm) who can design, implement, and oversee our international corporate structure. You will handle tax planning, cross-border transactions, and compliance for entities in Indonesia and offshore (Singapore, BVI, UAE, Delaware).

Key Responsibilities

Design and manage group structure (HoldCo / OpCo model) for scalability and tax efficiency

Draft & review intercompany agreements (royalty, service fee, loan)

Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax laws while leveraging international treaties

Oversee annual reporting in Indonesia, Singapore, and other jurisdictions

Advise management on profit repatriation, dividend flows, and offshore accounts

Liaise with external advisors (Big 4, law firms, corporate service providers)

Monitor regulatory changes in Indonesia, Singapore, U.S., and Middle East

Requirements

28+ years experience in international tax / corporate structuring (Big 4 or international firm background strongly preferred)

Strong knowledge of cross-border tax planning, transfer pricing, and treaties

Experience with holding companies (BVI, SG, UAE, Delaware) a plus

Indonesian tax compliance expertise (PPh, VAT, BPJS payroll)

English fluency, excellent communication with C-level executives

Ability to balance compliance with practical business needsWhat We Offer
