Finance Accounting Tax Manager

Job description:

• Oversee daily finance, accounting, and tax operations.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, and ensure compliance with PSAK and tax regulations.
• Manage month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Coordinate with external auditors to ensure continuous financial and regulatory compliance.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting.
• Conduct financial performance analysis.
• Optimize cash flow.
• Oversee tax return preparation.
• Review overall tax calculation and payments.
• Identify and mitigate tax risks to minimize liabilities.
• Coordinate with external consultants to ensure transfer pricing compliance.
• Manage tax audits and tax disputes.
• Drive process improvements to increase efficiency.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance profitability.
• Leads and develops finance, accounting, and tax teams, including supervising and mentoring staffs.
• Delegates tasks and manages team projects.
• Fosters strong communication and collaboration within the department and with other departments to ensure financial alignment.
• Provides training on relevant financial and tax matters to internal stakeholders.

Qualification:

• 58+ years of experience in accounting, finance and tax
• Bachelors Degree in: Accounting or Finance
