At Massive Music Entertainment, were reshaping how the music publishing industry uses data and financial insight to drive business decisions. As part of our growth strategy, were looking for a finance professional with strong strategic thinking to help us strengthen financial planning, oversee end-to-end financial operations (including accounting and tax), support cross-functional decision-making, and unlock the story behind every number.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in creative and dynamic environments someone who can turn complexity into clarity, and reports into actionable insight.
What Youll Work On
- Lead financial planning and analysis to support informed, data-driven business decisions.
- Build clear, contextual financial reports that go beyond numbers to tell the full story.
- Collaborate with teams across the company to ensure finance supports business growth effectively.
- Oversee and monitor the full scope of finance operations, including accounting and tax functions.
- Contribute to improving financial processes and systems for better efficiency and visibility.
- Bring financial perspective and sharp thinking to a fast-moving creative industry.
- Analyzing financial performance, identifying key trends, and exploring the why behind the numbers.
- Turning data into stories that support better and faster decision-making.
- Helping shape best practices in finance processes, reporting, and structure.
Youll Be a Great Fit If You:
- Have 510 years of experience in finance, with strong exposure to FP&A, business analysis, or financial insight roles.
- Hold a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA or certifications like CPA/CFA are a plus).
- Are curious and proactive not waiting to be asked, but asking the right questions first.
- Think in systems and see the connection between numbers, people, and business strategy.
- Can interpret data beyond the spreadsheet you love clean, contextual financial stories.
- Communicate clearly with both finance and non-finance stakeholders.
- Are comfortable working in a dynamic, creative, and fast-moving industry.
- Have high standards for accuracy, integrity, and professionalism in every detail.
- Are fluent in Excel or Google Sheets, and familiar with dashboards (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
- Its a plus if understand how licensing, royalties, or the music/entertainment business works or you&aposre excited to learn!
