Manage the accounting team, supervise and improve performance.
Ensure accuracy and review of financial reports and journals.
Oversee cost accounting, expense management, and cost analysis.
Calculate company costs (management, production, etc.), record detailed expenditures, analyze costs, identify issues, and propose solutions.
Regularly prepare cost analysis reports, providing insights and recommendations for management decisions.
Allocate monthly expenses, coordinate with production and sales on work-in-progress and finished products, and report on discrepancies for accurate cost allocation.
Manage accounting and control of company costs, set cost budgets, and determine expected profit.
Assist various departments with cost accounting and issue cost, expense, and planning indicators.
Perform additional duties as required.
Requirements
Bachelor degree or above, more than 8 years of experience in the Retail Cosmetic Accounting, Finance, Tax including Cost Accounting, and more than 3 years of Managerial level or managing a team
Preferred age maximum 45 Years old
Familiar with Indonesian local financial and tax laws and regulations
Preferred have a Braved A & B
Possess professional knowledge of financial management and taxation
Proficient in Indonesian, English, Mandarin is preferred.
Additional certificate (If Have) ; CIA (Certified Internal Auditor) , CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor) , CPA (Certified Public Accountant), CA (Chartered Accountant), atau CMA (Certified Management Accountant)
