About the job

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for both mass hiring and strategic positions across multiple business functions.
  • Drive high-volume recruitment initiatives to support business growth while ensuring timely hiring delivery.
  • Conduct proactive sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, referrals, networking, and direct search to build strong talent pipelines.
  • Perform market mapping and headhunting for managerial, niche, and hard-to-fill positions.
  • Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure alignment with business requirements and organizational culture.
  • Coordinate recruitment activities with hiring managers and ensure an efficient hiring process from requisition to onboarding.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs across various functions.
  • Monitor recruitment progress, hiring metrics, and SLA to ensure recruitment targets are achieved.
  • Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment events to strengthen the company's talent attraction strategy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
  • Proven experience handling both high volume and executive search (headhunting).
  • Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, Boolean search, and other recruitment channels.
  • Experience recruiting across multiple functions and organizational levels.
  • Able to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
  • Willing to be based in Surabaya.
