Job Description

A leading global professional services organization is seeking an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive recruiting strategy and execution across both campus and experienced-hire talent segments in Indonesia.

This role sits within a high-performing regional People team and partners closely with senior business leaders to attract, engage, and hire top talent. The successful candidate will play a critical role in shaping talent pipelines, strengthening employer brand presence, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience while supporting business growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition Strategy & Stakeholder Partnership

  • Partner with senior leaders and hiring managers to understand business priorities and translate them into effective recruiting strategies.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor on talent market trends, pipeline health, diversity initiatives, and hiring best practices.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders across multiple levels of the organization to ensure alignment on hiring needs and priorities.
  • Develop recruiting analytics, reporting, and dashboards to provide actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making.

Campus Recruiting

  • Lead campus recruiting initiatives and develop long-term partnerships with target universities across Indonesia.
  • Build relationships with career centers, student organizations, and campus ambassadors to strengthen talent pipelines.
  • Plan and execute recruiting events, including in-person, virtual, and hybrid formats.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to enhance employer branding across digital and social media channels.

Experienced Hire Recruiting

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for experienced professionals across a range of mid- to senior-level positions.
  • Proactively identify, engage, and nurture high-caliber passive talent through multiple sourcing channels.
  • Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience from initial engagement through onboarding.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, human resources, or a related professional services environment.
  • Demonstrated success managing both campus recruiting and experienced-hire recruitment.
  • Proven ability to build university partnerships and recruit mid- to senior-level professionals.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, including experience working with senior leaders.
  • Solid understanding of the Southeast Asian talent market; experience within Indonesia is highly preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Additional Southeast Asian language capabilities are advantageous.
  • Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
