Responsibilities
- Oversee the hiring process from start to finish
- Create and post JDs, review applications, and conduct introductory calls
- Plan and coordinate technical rounds with relevant teams
- Make job offers to successful candidates and onboard them
- Collaborate with the marketing team for employer branding initiatives
- Design and assist with other HR processes as the requirements change with company growth

- Recruitment experience in school clubs and an interest in building a team of innovators
- A final year student looking for a 6-month internship with a potential for full-time conversion
