Develop and execute recruiting plans to meet the hiring requirements
Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges etc
Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media and other channels
Conduct effective and efficient recruitment process, to ensure the speed and accuracy of the recruitment process.
Manage all aspects of candidate administration such as maintaining and updating applicant and offer activity, job description creation, ensuring current positions are accurately posted in all recruiting systems and job boards
Effectively manage relationships with agencies
Prepare Daily, weekly and monthly reports related to the development of the recruitment process to the Talent Acquisition Manager Manager
Conduct skills gap analyses to identify areas of improvement
Design training curriculum within time and budget constraints
Produce physical and digital educational material (e.g. videos and case studies)
Coordinate individual and team performance review sessions to discuss strengths and weaknesses
Maintain updated records of training material, curricula and costs
Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree and 2-3 years of experience including progressive work experience in the areas of talent acquisition/recruitment in the Fintech/E commerce preferred.
Demonstrated ability to work in a self-directed, results-oriented environment at a fast pace; Ability to prioritize tasks, organize large volume of work, perform independently; Proven organizational skills, with the ability to undertake multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
Outstanding communication, presentation, and diplomacy skills.
Experience with online networking tools, such as LinkedIn and experience conducting searches on recruitment databases and ability to identify and access new professional networks required.
Understanding of compliance requirements and best practices for recruitment and hiring; Able to research and learn employment law for various countries within the regions supported by this position.
Strong communication skills (written and spoken) required. Fluent English language skills are required
Ability to problem solve and work effectively in a very fast paced environment with multiple competing priorities in a global business culture.
Experience working with an applicant tracking system or customer relationship management software.
