- Develop and execute hiring strategies that align with business goals and workforce planning needs.
- Act as a strategic partner to hiring managers by providing insights on talent markets, competitive landscape, and hiring best practices.
- Drive proactive sourcing efforts, including building talent pipelines for critical and niche roles.
- Lead recruitment projects and process improvements, including optimizing assessment methods and enhancing operational efficiency.
- Monitor recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, conversion rates, pipeline health) and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
- Ensure exceptional candidate experience, from first interaction to onboarding handover.
- Represent the company's employer brand, engaging candidates through events, content, and outreach.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of end-to-end recruitment experience, ideally in a fast-paced tech, startup, or multinational environment.

- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence, challenge, and advise senior leaders.
- Highly skilled in sourcing strategies, including Boolean search, market mapping, and targeted outreach.
- Ability to analyze recruitment metrics and hiring funnels to inform decisions and improvements.
- Strong understanding of HR compliance, interviewing standards, and assessment best practices.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build trust with candidates and hiring teams.
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple roles and priorities with minimal supervision.
- High sense of ownership, initiative, and problem-solving mindset.
- Familiarity with modern ATS tools and recruitment technologies.
