Overview
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition (TA) Specialist Contract (6 Months) to support our fast-growing hiring needs. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are passionate about recruitment and eager to build strong fundamentals in Talent Acquisition. You will work closely with the TA team to execute mass hiring with high-volume target onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
1. Mass Hiring Execution
- Support large-scale recruitment initiatives with high monthly hiring targets.
- Conduct CV screening and initial candidate outreach.
- Assist in coordinating interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
2. Sourcing & Talent Pooling
- Actively source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, communities, and referral networks.
- Maintain and update the candidate pipeline for ongoing hiring needs.
- Promote job openings across multiple online channels.
3. Recruitment Administration
- Manage recruitment trackers and ensure data accuracy.
- Assist in preparing offer documents and coordinating candidate onboarding requirements.
- Maintain proper documentation of all candidate interactions.
4. Candidate Experience
- Provide timely follow-up to candidates and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
- Communicate professionally and represent the company's employer brand.
5. Stakeholder Coordination
- Work closely with senior recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements.
- Provide regular updates on hiring progress and challenges.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Management, Communications, or any related field.
- Fresh graduate or max. 2 year experience in HR/Recruitment.
- Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- High sense of urgency, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable handling mass hiring and high-volume tasks.
- Detail-oriented with good administrative and organization skills.
Nice-to-Have
- Experience in internship related to HR or recruitment.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn sourcing or any ATS tools.
- Exposure to sales, field roles, or operational hiring (a plus).
