As the first bridge between candidates and the organization, the Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a crucial role in promoting, screening and managing the recruitment and selection process for front-liners across each operational segment.
Job Descriptions
- Create and share job advertisements via direct channels and social media.
- Define job specifications and descriptions for personnel needs.
- Represent the organization in job fairs to attract candidates.
- Manage recruitment communications activities, including candidate outreach and interview scheduling.
- Conduct initial selection processes like pre-interviews, personality test, and reference checks.
- Prepare and deliver induction materials, ensuring successful candidates have all necessary information to decide on accepting the offered position
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology from a reputable university.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
- Preferably experienced in mass recruitment.
- Fluent in English (verbal and written).
- Proactive, highly motivated, and self-driven.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for diverse interactions.
- Skilled in candidate screening, shortlisting, and ATS management.
- Experienced in competency-based interviews and psychological assessments.
- Knowledgeable in hiring platforms and recruitment processes.

- Proficient in documentation.
- Willing to travel for business trips to remote areas.
