Job Description:

  • Manage and enhance current and other sales systems
  • Identify gaps in current systems and propose scalable solutions
  • Collaborate with IT and vendors to develop and implement new features/tools
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and usability for sales reporting
  • Build dashboards and reporting tools for sales performance tracking
  • Support digital transformation initiatives within Sales Operations
  • Train sales teams on system usage and drive adoption
  • Align system capabilities with business needs (RTM, distributor management, etc.)
  • Manage system-related projects (timeline, stakeholder, budget if any)

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related field
  • 5–8 years of experience in Sales Systems / IT Business Partner / Sales Operations
  • Hands-on experience with SFA/CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, or similar)
  • Strong understanding of sales processes in FMCG/distribution business
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in project management and cross-functional collaboration
  • Ability to translate business needs into system solutions
  • This position under the Sales Operations function at PT Sinarniaga Sejahtera (Garudafood Group)
