Job Description

Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience as SAP SD Functional Consultant, preferably in retail-driven environments
Experience handling both Change Requests (CR) and project implementations
Strong expertise in SAP SD configuration for high-volume sales environments
Experience in high-volume Sales Order processing
Strong experience in complex pricing structures including promotions, discounts, campaigns, and special pricing
Experience handling billing scenarios with high transaction throughput
Strong understanding of copy control and output determination aligned with retail business processes
Deep understanding of end-to-end Order to Cash (O2C) processes in multi-channel retail (store, online, B2B)
Proven experience managing CR lifecycle including business impact analysis on pricing, promotion, and sales flow
Ability to design functional solutions balancing system stability and business urgency
Experience in preparing Functional Specifications (FS) for enhancements and interfaces
Experience supporting SIT and UAT, including during peak retail periods (promotions, campaigns, year-end)
Strong exposure to retail system integrations including POS, WMS, and e-commerce platforms
Experience with IDoc, RFC, and API-based integrations via middleware such as SAP PI/PO or CPI
Strong collaboration with ABAP and integration teams to resolve functional and interface issues
Experience in retail-related projects such as new company or brand rollout, pricing or promotion enhancements, and sales process optimization
Ability to manage multiple CRs and project tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced retail environment
Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
Retail industry experience (electronics, FMCG, lifestyle retail) is a strong advantage
