About the Company
Adecco Indonesia is partnering with a leading global payments and analytics organization to support their growth in Indonesia. The business is expanding its consulting and managed services capabilities to help financial institutions strengthen customer engagement, portfolio performance, and profitability through data-driven strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end assessment of the commercial card lifecycle across acquisition, activation, usage, and retention to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with data science teams to analyze transaction data, client performance metrics, and market trends to drive actionable insights and recommendations.
- Design and implement targeted engagement campaigns across key areas such as non-card acquisition, card upgrades/conversions, and usage stimulation.
- Partner with client-facing teams to develop and execute strategies that increase commercial card adoption and cardholder spend.
- Support development of acquisition strategies from pre-sales to post-onboarding, including RM pitch materials, engagement programs, and retention initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to enhance underwriting processes, including company limit assignment and credit evaluation frameworks.
- Develop and execute communication initiatives to promote the value proposition of commercial cards to clients and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in marketing campaigns, portfolio management, or analytics within retail banking, commercial cards, or B2B payments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into insights
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, including data science and client stakeholders
- Solid project management capabilities with structured planning and execution
- Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Employment Status: 1-year contract under Adecco
