SVP Portfolio Value Creation

The SVP Portfolio Value Creation will be the firms senior leader driving portfolio management and post-investment value creation.

This role combines technical transaction expertise with strategic and operational support, ensuring portfolio companies maximize growth, financial discipline, and long-term shareholder value.

Key Responsibilities Portfolio Value Creation

• Drive end to end portfolio management, including performance / projection monitoring, growth initiatives, support capital allocation decisions for both follow-on investments and secondary transactions.
• Partner with founders and management teams to strengthen financial management, reporting, and governance.
• Drive exit readiness and long-term strategic planning for late-stage portfolio companies.
• Provide transaction execution support: valuation, financial modeling, due diligence, and deal structuring.
• Lead strategic initiatives such as acquisitions, partnerships, and joint ventures for high-growth companies.
• Institutionalize best practices in corporate finance, governance, and operational efficiency at portfolio companies.
