Support the implementation of CSR, ESG, and sustainability initiatives across environmental themes (e.g., carbon footprint, waste reduction, resource efficiency), social themes (e.g., Corporate Social Responsibility, community engagement, DEI), and governance themes to ensure effective execution of approved programs
Coordinate sustainability-related programs and activities with internal functions and external stakeholders to support alignment, collaboration, and timely delivery
Monitor the progress of sustainability initiatives and follow up on agreed action plans to support the achievement of targets and commitments
Identify opportunities to improve sustainability practices and recommend practical initiatives to enhance program effectiveness and business impact
Collect, compile, and maintain sustainability data and key performance indicators covering environmental, social, and governance aspects, including energy, emissions, waste, water, social impact, employee-related data, and governance-related information, to support accurate reporting
Verify data completeness, consistency, and supporting documentation in line with internal requirements and applicable reporting frameworks and standards
Prepare inputs, summaries, and supporting materials for ESG reporting, sustainability disclosures, management updates, and stakeholder communications
Support proper documentation of methodologies, assumptions, and data sources to strengthen transparency, traceability, and audit readiness
Support sustainability awareness efforts within the company, including training sessions, campaigns, and employee engagement activities
Assist with external engagement programs including partnerships with NGOs, community organizations, or regulatory bodies
Contribute content for internal communications, sustainability reports, and public disclosures
Maintain sustainability tracking tools, databases, and documentation repositories to support effective monitoring and reporting of ESG-related activities and performance
Support the development, review, and updating of sustainability-related policies, procedures, guidelines, and frameworks covering environmental, social, and governance matters
Assist in coordinating meetings, follow-ups, and reporting timelines related to CSR, ESG, and sustainability workstreams to support effective execution of departmental priorities
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Sustainability, Public Policy or related field
2-4 years of experience in sustainability, ESG reporting, CSR, or related areas
Have experience in Project Coordination and Data Management
Familiarity with sustainability frameworks (GRI, TCFD, CDP, SDGs) and ESG data requirements
Proficiency in MS Excel and data analysis tools; knowledge of sustainability software/tools is a plus
