Manage the development and delivery of HR reporting, dashboards, and management information to support strategic decision making and workforce planning
Develop and maintain automated reporting tools and data visualization dashboards to ensure HR metrics are accurate, timely, and easy for stakeholders to interpret
Analyze HR data to identify trends, risks, and insights that support operational improvements, compliance needs, and leadership requirements
Oversee the administration and validation of HR data, including employee records, organizational structures, and position management, ensuring accuracy and consistency
Manage data governance processes to maintain data integrity across all HR functions and support payroll, recruitment, performance management, and other HR activities
Ensure timely updates, corrections, and audits of HR data to meet internal governance standards and operational requirements
Manage the day-to-day operation, configuration, and optimization of the HRIS system to ensure reliability and smooth HR process execution
Oversee troubleshooting, system enhancement requests, and coordination with internal IT or external vendors to resolve issues and improve user experience
Ensure data integrity within HRIS through regular audits, validations, and maintenance of employee and position data
Provide system support and guidance to HR users, including training, documentation, and user assistance for HRIS-related transactions or updates
Work closely with HR teams to streamline system workflows, automate processes, and enhance the efficiency of HR operations through system optimization
Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance HRIS functionality, reporting capability, data accuracy, and digitalization of HR processes
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Human Resources, Statistics, or related field
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in MIS, HRIS, HR data administration, or HR reporting
Experience handling HR data, HR systems, and dashboard/reporting development
Prior involvement in system enhancement, data audits, or process improvement is an advantage
Proficiency in HRIS platforms (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle, Workday, or similar)
Strong skills in data management, reporting, and dashboard development (Excel, Google Sheets, BI tools)
Understanding of HR processes such as employee data management, position management, payroll support, and performance systems
Ability to troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with IT or vendors for technical resolution
Knowledge of database structures, data integrity, and system workflows is a plus
