Analyze existing business processes (as-is), identify bottlenecks, risk points, and inefficiencies through root cause analysis (e.g., Fishbone, impact analysis), and propose actionable improvements in both process and technology.
Translate user feedback into structured problem statements and practical solutions.
Design to-be processes including SOPs, RACI matrix, workflow redesign, implementation plans, and service improvement initiatives.
Lead process improvement programs and collaborate with IT/engineering on tool development or enhancements (requirements gathering, UAT, release readiness).
Manage MLPT product portfolio performance, including sales tracking, revenue monitoring, pipeline review, adoption/usage metrics, and margin analysis (if applicable).
Conduct trend analysis (MoM/YoY, seasonality, segment/channel performance) and prepare structured weekly/monthly/QBR performance reports for management.
Support product and partner acquisition processes.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems/Technology, Business Administration, Management, Data Analytics, or related field.
1–2 years of experience in a combination of:
Business/process analysis (requirements gathering, process mapping, SOP development).
Process improvement initiatives and workflow redesign.
Product performance reporting, portfolio analytics, or business reporting.
Strong analytical and structured thinking skills with the ability to translate data into insights and recommendations.
Technical literacy:
Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables; Power Query is a plus).
PowerPoint (structured storytelling and executive summary preparation).
