What You'll Do:

Turn sales and operational data into clear insights that support decisions, improve store performance, and drive growth. Provide analysis and recommendations—not just reports.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain sales dashboards (daily/weekly/monthly).

• Track KPIs: sales vs target, LFL growth, productivity, sell-through, stock health.

• Analyze trends, highlight top/bottom stores, and recommend actions.

• Assess promotions, campaigns, markdowns, and identify early warning signals.

• Prepare insight decks for weekly calls, monthly reviews, and management updates.

• Support target setting, forecasting, and incentive analysis.

• Collaborate with Merchandising, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Business Analysts.

• Improve data accuracy, automate reports, and enhance dashboards.

• As representative for department store and malls.

• Handle the point of contact for any promotion proposals & negotiation, sales data for outside of company, inquiries, or ongoing correspondence.

We'd love to hear from people with:

• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills; BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.); SQL ; Lark preferred

• Skilled in data visualization and storytelling.

• Solid retail/commercial understanding; able to turn data into actionable insights.

• Analytical, proactive, and confident in challenging stakeholders.

• 2–5 years in sales/commercial analytics or BI, preferably in retail/multi-store or brand principle background is preferable

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, or related fields.Success Metrics (6–12 Months)

• Reliable dashboards adopted by management.

• Clearer sales reviews and faster issue detection.

• Reduced manual reporting and data errors.

• Positive feedback from Sales Ops, Finance, and Management.
