Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Maintain client relationships and provide regular updates on live shopping growth performance and activities
  • Plan, schedule, coordinate with the host live streamer to execute live streaming sessions on TikTok & Shopee
  • Develop engaging live concepts in collaboration with the Live Shopping & Creative teams
  • Monitor live performance and optimize strategies based on data insights
  • Handle technical setup and troubleshoot issues during live sessions

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in live streaming analysis (TikTok & Shopee)
  • Good client relations skill
  • Experience in a livestream agency is a plus
  • Familiar with live streaming tools and able to troubleshoot technical issues
  • Strong in data analytics and comfortable analyzing performance metrics
  • Available to work Monday–Friday, 16:00 – 22:00 & 10:00 - 17:00 in Gading Serpong & BSD
