Role Overview

The Southeast Asia Development Director (Indonesia) will lead the brands expansion in Indonesia by establishing partnerships, managing real estate development, and building local teams. This leadership role requires an experienced business developer with a strong track record in chain restaurant growth and international expansion.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute market entry and expansion strategies for Indonesia.
• Build strategic partnerships and alliances in key commercial areas.
• Lead real estate planning, site selection, and asset management.
• Establish and improve local systems, processes, and organizational efficiency.
• Build, train, and lead a high-performing local team.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment to grow and scale the team in Indonesia.
• Oversee continual system improvement and adaptation to market trends.
• Drive sustainable growth and ensure compliance with Indonesian regulations.

Requirements

• 8+ years of business development experience.
• Minimum 3 years in a senior leadership role.
• Strong background in chain restaurant/retail expansion.
• Conflict resolution and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of Indonesian market landscape.
• Mandarin fluency is a must.
