Building relationships and negotiate agreements with external partners to achieve strategic objectives.
Initiate streamlining operations, improving efficiency, and enhancing the customer experience.
Analyze internal & external business trends to identify opportunities for growth or operational improvement.
Provide data - driven insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
Support the development, refinement ad execution of the company&aposs medium to long term strategic plan.
Lead cross functional strategic initiatives and monitor progress against milestone and KPIs.
Collaborate closely with C-level executives, function leaders and external advisors.
Prepare high quality materials for Board and senior management discussion.
Requirements:
Bachelor degree in Finance / Accounting / Engineering or any related field (Master Degree is a plus)
Min. 8 years of working experiences
Having Retail / Investment Banking / Consulting experiences.
Proven track record of managing complex financial projects , executing strategic initiative and delivering results in dynamic business environment
Experience in developing financial strategies, forecasting future trends, and providing recommendations to senior management to achieve organizational objectives.
