Manage and support the day-to-day execution of ShopeePay Merchant social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
Support end-to-end creative asset production, including developing Key Visual (KV) mock-ups, editing short-form videos (Reels/TikTok), and crafting compelling copy tailored to the merchant audience.
Support in-app communication for merchants
Monitor, analyze, and report social media and campaign performance on a regular basis, providing actionable insights.
Assist with administrative tasks related to marketing and campaign execution.
Initiate and support branding initiatives to drive merchant awareness, engagement, and registration growth.
Requirements
Min. bachelor's degree
Min. 1 year of experience in Social Media Management or Marketing is preferred; fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Familiarity with social media analytics and management tools
Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g. Canva, CapCut, Adobe) is a plus
Good communication skills (both English and Bahasa)
Excellent copywriting skills (in Bahasa)
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Good team player, positive attitude and eager to learn
