This is a contract-on-site role for a Marketing Communications Senior Associate based in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Marketing Communication Senior Associate will be responsible for managing event execution and creating engaging content.
Responsibilities:
- Manage event execution and stakeholder engagement.
- Coordinate with speakers, sponsors, and attendees for events.
- Oversee event logistics, promotion, and follow-up.
- Plan and execute digital and offline events (webinars, workshops, conferences).
- Create event reports and gather feedback.
- Prepare and manage event budget
- Coordinate with finance team for budget approval and tracking.
- Prepare presentation materials for events
Qualifications:
- Experience in marketing communication or related field.
- Strong event management and execution skills.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or related field.
- Experience in fintech or tech industry is a plus.
- Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus
