Role OverviewWe're looking for a sincere, creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer + Video Editor who can bring ideas to life through engaging visuals and high-performing video content.
If you understand design psychology + social media trends + storytelling through graphics & videos, this role is for you.
Key ResponsibilitiesGraphic Design:
- Create social media creatives (posts, carousels, ad creatives)
- Design brand identities, pitch decks, and marketing collaterals
- Maintain brand consistency across all client projects
- Work on performance marketing creatives (Meta Ads, Google Display, etc.)
Video Editing:
- Edit reels, ads, and long-form videos (podcasts, YouTube, etc.)
- Add subtitles, transitions, sound effects, and motion graphics
- Create high-converting short-form content (Instagram Reels, TikTok-style edits)
- Repurpose long-form content into bite-sized clips
Required Skills- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects
- Experience with AI tools (Runway, Midjourney, CapCut AI, etc.)
- Motion graphics & basic animation skills
- Experience in agency environment
- Understanding of performance marketing creatives
- Strong understanding of social media trends & content formats
- Basic knowledge of branding and marketing psychology
- Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple clients/projects
- Good sense of aesthetics, typography, and color theory
KPIs (Performance Metrics)- Timely delivery of assigned tasks
- Quality of creatives (engagement & client feedback)
- Turnaround time for revisions
