Role Description

This is a part-time, on-site role located in Surabaya for a Shadow Teacher at POLAR Shadow Teacher. The Shadow Teacher will support special needs students in their day-to-day learning activities, ensure understanding of lesson material, and assist with lesson planning. The role involves close collaboration with teachers to provide training and create a conducive learning environment. Responsibilities also include working directly with students to address their educational needs and providing feedback on their progress.

Qualifications

• Experience in Lesson Planning, Education, and Psychology.
• Strong Communication and Teaching skills.
• Proficiency in Training students and peers.
• Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and staff.
• Compassionate and patient attitude towards working with students.
• Relevant special needs educational background is preferred.
