Success in this position means creating engaging and interactive lessons, maintaining a supportive offline classroom environment, and helping students see measurable progress in their English skills. This role is essential to our mission of making high-quality English education accessible to learners across Indonesia.
Responsibilities
- Plan, deliver, and evaluate effective English lessons tailored to students needs and levels.
- Create an engaging and interactive classroom atmosphere that encourages participation.
- Provide constructive feedback to students to support their progress and motivation.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, performance, and learning outcomes.
- Collaborate with other teachers and academic staff to improve curriculum and teaching methods.
- Stay updated with best practices in English language teaching and apply them in class.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in English Education, Linguistics, or a related field (fresh graduates are welcome).
- Strong command of English, both spoken and written.
- Prior teaching or tutoring experience is preferred (online or offline).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create a positive learning environment and motivate students.
- Flexibility to work part-time, including evenings or weekends if required.
- Teaching certification (TESOL, TEFL, CELTA) is a plus.
