Responsible for the routine maintenance of Company buildings and assets.
Responsible for routine payments and purchases.
Conduct stock-taking with the HOD and prepare regular reports.
Assist in coordinating with relevant departments to develop maintenance and infrastructure development programs and work plans to improve work quality and quantity.
Create and monitor a checklist of tasks for the GA team.
Optimize security, cleanliness, and sanitation within the area of responsibility.
Provide continuous reports to management regarding work goal achievements, issues, and solutions within the department, both in writing and verbally.
Manage the execution of internal Company events.
Assist with processing Company/Employee permits such as foreign worker usage, company domicile, leasing, access cards, parking, etc.
Job Qualifications
Candidates must have at least a Bachelors degree in Law, Psychology, Human Resource Management, or a related field.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Indonesian.
A minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience is required for this position.
Experience in a fintech company is preferred.
Preferred background as a Human Resources senior staff or equivalent.
Ability to make decisions and strong problem-solving skills.
Strong leadership, creativity, managerial skills, and maturity.
Experienced in coordinating and communicating with government agencies (Immigration, Police, Agencies, etc.).
