Job Description:
The HR Total Rewards & HR Operations senior Expert leads the organisations total rewards strategy while ensuring payroll, HRIS, and performance management frameworks are competitive, compliant, and aligned with business objectives. The role emphasises Total Rewards (70%), complemented by Payroll & HRIS (20%), and Performance Management (10%).
Key Responsibilities
1. Total Rewards (70%)
- Develop, implement, and maintain competitive compensation structures, salary bands, and incentive programs
- Conduct market benchmarking and compensation analysis to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness.
- Manage annual salary review, bonus allocation, and incentive payout processes.
- Oversee health, retirement, wellness, and insurance programs; negotiate with vendors to optimize cost and coverage.
- Draft and update HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor laws and alignment with organizational strategy.
- Monitor effectiveness of rewards programs using data-driven KPIs and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Design recognition initiatives to drive engagement and retention.
- Lead communication of rewards programs across the company, ensuring clarity and consistency.
2. Payroll & HRIS (20%)
- Manage payroll operations to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with tax and statutory requirements.
- Oversee payroll management and ensure smooth integration with HRIS.
- Oversee the HRIS teams to improve automation, reporting, and data integrity across payroll and reward processes.
- Generate payroll analytics and insights to support HR and management decision-making.
3. Performance Management (10%)
- Provide guidance on performance management framework to ensure fair and transparent evaluation processes.
- Support calibration sessions and link performance results to rewards decisions (salary increase, bonus eligibility, etc.).
- Contribute to continuous improvement of the performance management cycle to align with business needs and employee growth.
Requirements:
- Bachelor&aposs Degree in Human Resources, business, or another related field may be preferred;
- 5+ years of HR experience, focusing on compensation, benefits, payroll and HRIS
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration and policy advocacy.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Detail-oriented, data sensitive, willing to learn at all times, and possess IDEAL attitude
- Fluent in Bahasa and English
