What you'll do:
- Manage Rewards Strategic Initiatives and Benefit Analysis
- Liaise with insurance provider for all insurance matters
- Manage payroll component for payroll processing
- Manage employee data, HRIS management, and ensure employee database is updated
- Involved in the recruitment process for junior-mid level
- Handling administration and data tracker for all People Operations matters
What we seek:
- Experienced in liaising with insurance provider vendors
- Strong in data and HRIS management
- Having a good knowledge of initiating a rewards strategic program
What you'll need:
- Bachelor's degree from any major
- Minimum 4 years of experience in HR General, preferably from a start-up company
- Strong communicator with the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders
- Experienced in using HRIS
- Excellent attention to detail, reliable, and well-organized
- Advanced MS Office skills and familiar with Google Workspace
- Fluent in English, both writing and speaking
