K Club Ubud is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Manager to join our growing team. This opportunity is ideal for a passionate professional with a strong background in luxury hospitality and a proven ability to drive revenue and build strategic partnerships across global markets.
This senior commercial role is instrumental in driving market expansion, cultivating high-value partnerships, and delivering exceptional sales performance, while working closely with operations to ensure refined guest experiences and sustainable financial success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute strategic sales initiatives to maximize revenue, occupancy, and market share
- Cultivate and manage key accounts across corporate clients, travel partners, wholesalers, and strategic alliances
- Identify new business opportunities and expand existing market segments.
- Lead contract negotiations, rate structuring, and partnership agreements to ensure long-term value
- Collaborate closely with the Resort Manager, Revenue, and Reservations teams to align sales strategies with operational goals.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies to maintain competitive positioning.
- Represent K-Club Ubud at sales calls, networking events, travel fairs, and industry exhibitions.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in luxury hospitality sales
- Proven ability to driving revenue growth, increasing occupancy, and achieving market share targets.
- Well-established network across corporate clients, travel partners, and key global markets
- Strong capability to identify and convert new busineSss opportunities while maintaining and growing key accounts.
- Expertise in contract negotiation, rate strategy, and commercial partnerships
- Solid understanding of market segmentation, pricing strategy, and competitor analysis within the luxury hospitality industry.
- Experience working closely with cross-functional teams (Revenue Management, Reservations, and Operations) to align sales strategies with business objectives.
- Strong exposure to international sales activities including sales calls, travel fairs, and industry networking events.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to represent the brand at a high level.
- Strong analytical and strategic mindset with the ability to translate sinsights into impactful results
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
- Willing to travel internationally and domestically as required.
- Based in Bali or willing to relocate.
