We are looking for a driven and resourceful Recruitment Consultant or Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team. In this role, you will work closely with me to manage end-to-end recruitment processes for a variety of mid- to senior-level positions across different industries. Whether you&aposre an experienced recruiter looking for your next challenge or a senior consultant seeking a more strategic role, this is an exciting opportunity to make a direct impact on both candidates careers and our clients success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, client coordination, and offer negotiation.
- Build strong relationships with both candidates and clients, acting as a trusted advisor to both parties.
- Develop effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent, including through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and proactive networking.
- Provide strategic input on market trends, talent mapping, and hiring best practices.
- Collaborate closely with me and other team members to continuously improve our recruitment approach and client service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records and candidate data in our internal systems.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant, Talent Acquisition or related role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong candidate assessment and interviewing skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously.
- Proactive, target-oriented, and resilient.
- For the Senior Consultant level: Demonstrated success in independently managing clients and closing multiple placements across mid-to-senior levels.
