Job Description:
- Support and coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process, from talent sourcing to onboarding.
- Actively search for and screen candidates using job platforms, social media, and internal databases.
- Schedule interviews and conduct initial screenings, assisting in assessing candidate fit.
- Translate interview and recruitment-related documents between KoreanEnglish/Indonesian as needed.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and develop effective hiring strategies.
- Maintain and update recruitment documentation and applicant tracking systems.
Required Skills and Experiences:
- Excellent communication skills with a passion for people.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Korean and English (both spoken and written) interpretation during interviews is required.
- Detail-oriented and reliable, capable of managing tasks with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Flexible and adaptable to various situations through strong interpersonal skills.
- Energetic, proactive, and a team player.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in HR or recruitment.
- Familiarity with recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn, Jobstreet, Glints, etc.
