KeyResponsibilities
1.Understandclientrecruitmentneedsbyanalyzingjobrequirements,industrybackground,andcandidateprofiles.
2.Activelysource,identify,andscreensuitablecandidatesthroughLinkedInandotherindustrychannels.
3.Leadcandidatecommunication:conductinterviews,assessfit,andpreparerecommendationreports.
4.Supporttheprojectmanagerincoordinatinginterviews,collectingfeedback,andassistinginoffernegotiations.
5.Managerecruitmentdataandcandidatestatustoensuresmoothprojectprogressandresults.
6.High-performingconsultantswillgraduallytakeonclientcommunicationandprojectownershipresponsibilities,progressingtowardaleadershiprole.
