Senior Manager / Director – Corporate Finance | Big 4 M&A | Indonesia & Southeast Asia

We are seeking an ambitious Senior Manager or Director to join a leading Big 4 M&A / Corporate Finance team, advising on some of the region's most significant corporate transactions across Indonesia and Southeast Asia.

This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced M&A professional to take on a senior leadership role, work alongside senior executives and boards, and play a key role in major cross-border transactions.

We are looking for candidates with:

• Strong M&A / corporate finance experience
• Background in investment banking, management consulting or corporate strategy
• Proven experience working on complex transactions and strategic mandates
• Strong commercial acumen and the ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders
• Experience across Indonesia and/or broader Southeast Asian markets is highly desirable
