We are seeking a Sr. Manager, Strategy & Performance Insight to establish and lead our client's Strategy & Performance Communications function. This role serves as a crucial bridge between operational performance and strategic decision-making, translating complex data, transformation milestones, and risk factors into compelling, executive-level narratives and presentation materials.
Key Responsibilities
- Executive Storytelling & Communications: Transform operational data, performance metrics, and strategic initiatives into clear, structured, and persuasive executive narratives for QBRs, leadership reviews, and client discussions.
- Insights & Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Operations and Business Performance Transformation (BPT) teams to extract meaningful business insights, identify operational gaps, and pinpoint growth opportunities.
- Risk & Strategic Positioning: Reframe operational risks, challenges, and key achievements into commercially relevant, decision-oriented messaging.
- Presentation Ownership: Independently design and build clean, visually compelling, and strategically sound executive-level presentation materials.
- Standards & Best Practices: Establish organizational communication standards and frameworks for business reviews and executive updates.
- Executive Thought Partnership: Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership across Operations, Commercial, and Transformation functions to elevate communication quality enterprise-wide.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: Background in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, business transformation, or high-level strategic communication functions.
- Storytelling & Presentation Skills: Exceptional narrative structuring abilities combined with advanced PowerPoint skills to create executive-ready materials independently.
- Commercial Acumen: Strong business acumen with the ability to simplify complex operational topics into impactful insights.
- Stakeholder Management: Confidence and experience engaging with senior leadership and C-suite stakeholders.
- Execution & Strategy Balance: A balance of high-level strategic thinking and hands-on execution (this is neither a purely theoretical advisory role nor a purely graphic design role).
- Track Record: Experience supporting strategic business reviews (QBRs), enterprise transformation initiatives, or client-facing strategic communications.
