Responsibilities
The Senior Consulting Manager is responsible for end-to-end operational oversight of Easybiz client engagements, ensuring all tasks and projects handled by Easybiz consultants are executed accurately, on time, and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
This role acts as the central control point for daily monitoring, quality assurance, and coordination between consultants, clients, and internal stakeholders, supported by a strong legal background.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Law (S.H.)– mandatory, Master's degree in Law or Business Administration is an advantage
- Experienced in Legal consulting, corporate services, or regulatory compliance;
- Experienced managing client projects and multi-task operations;
- Prior experience in consulting firms, law firms, corporate secretarial, or business services is highly preferred;
- Proven experience supervising teams or managing consultants
- Strong understanding of Indonesian corporate, licensing, and regulatory frameworks;
- Excellent project and operational management skills;
- High attention to detail and strong risk awareness;
- Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills;
- Clear and professional communication (Bahasa Indonesia & English)
