About the Role
We are looking for a Senior HR Business Partner with strong business acumen and hands-on HR expertise to support our growing organization. The ideal candidate has solid experience across Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement, and Industrial Relations, with the ability to act as a trusted advisor to both management and employees.
This role requires someone with the confidence to work closely with business leaders, the empathy to treat employees as clients, and the language ability to collaborate with our Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
Act as a strategic partner to business leaders, aligning HR strategies with business objectives.
Handle full spectrum of HR Generalist duties including employee records, performance management, employee engagement, training & development, attendances and HR operations.
Provide advice and support on Industrial Relations matters, including employee relations, disciplinary actions, and compliance with Indonesian labor law.
Drive initiatives that enhance employee experience, treating employees as internal clients and ensuring their needs are addressed with professionalism.
Collaborate with management to develop and implement HR policies and processes that align with business goals.
Deliver HR reports, analysis, and recommendations to support decision-making.

Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor&aposs degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field. Master degree is a plus.
Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience, with proven exposure to HRBP, Employee Engagement, HR Operations, and Industrial Relations.
Strong business sense and ability to translate business needs into people strategies.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to build trust and act as a bridge between employees and management.
Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written) is a must, to liaise with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders
In-depth knowledge of Indonesian labor law and HR best practices.
Strong problem-solving skills, resilience, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
