Youll partner with our HR expert team to bring people strategies to life ensuring alignment between business objectives and talent initiatives.
Responsibility
- Lead and drive organizational design initiatives, including structure review, job architecture, and role clarity across teams.
- Collaborate with leaders on change management strategies that support business transformations and operational scale.
- Analyze current and future business needs to propose and implement org development solutions that boost agility and efficiency.
- Identify high-potential talent and create development plans aligned with long-term succession goals.
- Provide strategic coaching to leaders to foster a growth culture and improve team effectiveness.
- Monitor and evaluate the success of org changes, capturing feedback and improving future interventions.
Requirement
- Bachelors degree with a minimum GPA of 3.00 out of 4.00.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant HR experience, with proven expertise in problem solving in complex organizational issues.
- Strong analytical mindset, with can do attitude.
- Solid understanding of HR best practices such as talent management, industrial relationship and leadership development.
- Proven ability to influence and partner with stakeholders at all levels.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving change in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
