Beyond The Vines is a multidisciplinary design studio based in Singapore, with a growing retail and online presence across the region. We are looking for a results-driven Senior Digital Marketing Executive based in Jakarta, Indonesia, to lead our paid media and affiliate marketing efforts for the Indonesian market. You will serve as the key bridge between our Marketing and Ecommerce teams, translating brand initiatives into revenue-driving online campaigns that resonate with Indonesian consumers across platforms and channels.
Responsibilities include:
- Plan, execute, and optimise paid media campaigns for the Indonesian market across channels (Meta, Google, Tiktok), ensuring performance accountability at each channel level.
- Develop data-driven media plans aligned to campaign objectives and business strategy, identifying growth opportunities through audience and channel insights specific to the Indonesian consumer landscape.
- Translate brand initiatives into ecommerce-driven campaigns that support traffic, engagement, and revenue growth.
- Analyse campaign performance across all channels and deliver actionable insights to continuously optimise future marketing activations.
- Manage and grow affiliate marketing programmes — from partner recruitment and onboarding to performance tracking and commission management, with an understanding of the Indonesian affiliate ecosystem.
- Act as the primary liaison between the Marketing and Ecommerce teams, ensuring online campaigns are cohesive, on-brand, and conversion-focused.
- Stay ahead of platform trends and emerging paid media opportunities within Indonesia, including TikTok, Meta, and local channels — maintaining a test-and-learn mindset.
- Manage campaign budgets effectively, ensuring optimal spend allocation and ROI across all digital channels in market.
Requirements include:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on paid media.
- Prior agency experience is highly preferred - you understand the pace, rigour, and multi-client discipline it demands.
- Demonstrated experience running paid campaigns for the Indonesian market, with a strong understanding of local consumer behaviour and platform preferences.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads, experience with Indonesian marketplace ad platforms (Tokopedia Ads, Shopee Ads) is a strong advantage.
- Experience managing or supporting affiliate marketing programmes.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into clear recommendations.
- Proven experience collaborating cross-functionally, particularly with ecommerce or commercial teams.
- Proficient in campaign reporting tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Looker Studio, or similar).
- Business-level fluency in English, both written and verbal. Bahasa Indonesia proficiency is a strong plus.
- A self-starter who takes ownership and works well with both creative and commercial stakeholders.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
- Curious about emerging digital trends in Indonesia and always looking for ways to test and improve.
- A clear communicator who can present performance data and recommendations to non-marketing stakeholders.

- Experience with affiliate networks active in Indonesia.
- Familiarity with ecommerce platforms such as Shopify.
- Understanding of local seasonal campaigns.
- Knowledge of SEO and how it complements paid search strategies.
- Experience with programmatic advertising platforms.
