Position: E-Commerce Executive

About The Role

We are looking for an E-Commerce Executive to drive the performance and day-to-day operations of our online business across key marketplaces. This role is responsible for monitoring sales performance, analyzing key metrics, and translating insights into actionable strategies to support both commercial growth and operational excellence.

The position involves managing product listings, stock availability, pricing updates, and campaign setups to ensure seamless execution across platforms. It also includes coordinating with marketplace partners, enabler teams, and internal stakeholders to optimize store performance, execute promotional campaigns, and resolve operational issues effectively.

What You Will Do

  • Monitor and consolidate weekly and monthly sales performance (GMV, orders, campaign results), delivering actionable insights to support inventory planning and marketing strategies.
  • Support the development of the affiliate ecosystem by managing relationships with existing affiliates and identifying new growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with key e-retailers to optimize product assortment, ensure asset readiness, and execute high-impact campaigns to maximize store performance.
  • Oversee day-to-day marketplace operations, including product listings, stock availability, pricing updates, and coordination with enabler partners to ensure seamless fulfillment.
  • Execute promotional campaigns (e.g., Payday, Double Date campaigns, new product launches) by setting up vouchers, validating pricing, and ensuring accurate implementation of all campaign assets.
  • Maintain strong coordination with Marketplace Key Account Managers (KAMs), social commerce agencies, and enabler partners to resolve operational issues and support cross-brand initiatives.

What You Will Need

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in e-commerce or related roles.
  • Hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms or enabler partners is highly preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to process data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Proven experience analyzing key metrics such as GMV, traffic, conversion rate, and AOV.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills, particularly with marketplace partners.
  • Familiarity with Meta Ads and TikTok Ads is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Detail-oriented with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities and working under tight deadlines.
  • Willing to work placed in Pulomas, East Jakarta
