We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Finance Officer to support our Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable operations. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who are looking to build a strong foundation in finance.
Job Description
- Record AP and AR transactions accurately and in a timely manner
- Maintain AP and AR aging reports and monitor outstanding balances
- Prepare and issue invoices promptly
- Follow up on outstanding receivables with internal and external stakeholders
- Prepare payment schedules and monitor due dates
- Perform reconciliation of liabilities and resolve discrepancies
- Support month-end closing and reconciliation processes
- Maintain proper documentation and filing for all AP/AR transactions
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or Management
- 1-3 years of experience in Accounting or Finance (fresh graduate are welcome)
- Fluent in Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Comfortable working with numbers and large data sets
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and follow-up skills
- Ability to work with deadlines and routine tasks
