Recruitment & Employer Branding Specialist

Job Description:

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates
• Handle end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviewing, offering, onboarding)
• Create and update job descriptions based on business needs
• Conduct job analysis and coordinate with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs including manager employee referral program
• Manage job postings across platforms such as LinkedIn, Job Street, and other channels
• Develop and execute employer branding strategies (social media, career page, employee engagement content)
• Create engaging content to strengthen company branding as an employer of choice
• Organize and participate in job fairs, campus hiring, and employer branding events
• Create, maintain & Monitor recruitment report and analyze recruitment metrics (time to hire, cost per hire, source effectiveness)
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
• Involve with all Employee engagement activities that will support employer Branding

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in recruitment and/or employer branding
• Proven experience in handling full-cycle recruitment
• Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools
• Experience in employer branding initiatives and digital content creation is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented, independent (can work under less Supervisor)
• Ability to manage multiple hiring projects and meet deadlines
• Familiar with HR systems (SAP, Talenta) is an advantage
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
