What You'll Be Doing
- Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract high‑quality candidates across multiple roles within the organization.
- Lead and manage a team of recruiters by providing coaching, mentoring, and regular performance feedback to ensure consistent delivery of high‑standard recruitment services.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and create tailored hiring plans aligned with business objectives.
- Oversee the full end‑to‑end recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding coordination.
- Track, analyze, and report recruitment metrics (e.g. time‑to‑hire, funnel conversion, source effectiveness) to identify gaps and implement data‑driven improvements.
- Stay current with recruitment trends, best practices, and relevant Indonesian labor regulations to ensure compliance and competitiveness.
- Champion a positive candidate experience and strengthen the employer brand to attract and retain top talent in the local market.
What We're Looking For
- Proficient in English (written and spoken), with the ability to communicate effectively with internal stakeholders.
- Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience preferred; fresh graduates with a strong interest in Talent Acquisition are encouraged to apply.
- Experience recruiting for local Indonesian clients or roles is a strong advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
- Able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment, manage multiple hiring priorities, and work under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail, excellent time management, and clear interpersonal communication skills.
- Willing and able to work from or relocate to Yogyakarta.
- Open to a 6‑month fixed‑term contract under the Indonesia branch.
