Job Description

Location: Yogyakarta, Indonesia

Contract Type: Fixed‑term (6 Months)

What You'll Be Doing

  • Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract high‑quality candidates across multiple roles within the organization.
  • Lead and manage a team of recruiters by providing coaching, mentoring, and regular performance feedback to ensure consistent delivery of high‑standard recruitment services.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and create tailored hiring plans aligned with business objectives.
  • Oversee the full end‑to‑end recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding coordination.
  • Track, analyze, and report recruitment metrics (e.g. time‑to‑hire, funnel conversion, source effectiveness) to identify gaps and implement data‑driven improvements.
  • Stay current with recruitment trends, best practices, and relevant Indonesian labor regulations to ensure compliance and competitiveness.
  • Champion a positive candidate experience and strengthen the employer brand to attract and retain top talent in the local market.

What We're Looking For

  • Proficient in English (written and spoken), with the ability to communicate effectively with internal stakeholders.
  • Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience preferred; fresh graduates with a strong interest in Talent Acquisition are encouraged to apply.
  • Experience recruiting for local Indonesian clients or roles is a strong advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment, manage multiple hiring priorities, and work under pressure.
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent time management, and clear interpersonal communication skills.
  • Willing and able to work from or relocate to Yogyakarta.
  • Open to a 6‑month fixed‑term contract under the Indonesia branch.
