Senior Brand Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Develop short-form content concepts that are relevant, engaging, and on-brand (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts).
- Design simple yet strong brand ad concepts with compelling storytelling.
- Create content formats and rundowns for live sessions (IG/TikTok Live, webinars, multi-segment YouTube Lives).
- Translate ideas into production documents: storyline, script, moodboard/shot references, shot list, basic floor plan, rundown, cue cards, and call sheet.
- Direct small-scale productions on set (blocking, talent direction, framing, basic lighting & audio).
- Independently produce simple content: shooting (via phone/camera), basic lighting & audio setup, and basic editing.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with brand, digital, design, KOL/talent, and vendors to ensure end-to-end content quality.
- Monitor content performance and iterate based on data (hook rate, retention,CTR, etc.).
Requirements
Requirements:
- 47 years of experience in content creation, creative production, or digital marketing.
- Strong portfolio showcasing short-form content, brand advertisements, and at least one example of live content (simple or complex).
- Skilled in developing scripts and storylines, creating shot lists, and directing talent.
- Proficient in shooting with both smartphones and cameras, including understanding of framing, movement, basic lighting, and audio techniques.
- Capable of end-to-end production for simple content needs (shooteditpublish).
- Up to date with internet culture and trends; knowledgeable about platform-specific algorithms and content formats.
- Bonus points for: experience in FMCG or creative agencies, familiarity with OBS/StreamYard, basic motion skills (CapCut/After Effects), and experience working with high-volume content workflows.
