Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Manager (Creative Team) located in Bandung. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing project timelines, coordinating tasks, managing logistics, and ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and on time. The role includes working closely with the creative team, inspecting progress, expediting procedures, and ensuring all project elements meet the required standards.
What You Will Do
1. Lead and oversee the execution of projects across various lines, including social media, content, campaigns, and other digital projects.
2. Manage timelines, resources, and budgets for multiple projects at once.
3. Coordinate closely with creative, strategy, account, and production teams to ensure smooth project execution.
4. Serve as the primary escalation point for delivery challenges, timing issues, and resource conflicts.
5. Be responsible for operational success metrics such as on-time project completion, quality control, and resource efficiency.
6. Collaborate with content production teams and editors to ensure production feasibility and timely completion.
7. Build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
8. Drive process optimization and team workflow improvements in a fast-paced environment.
9. Oversee the daily operations of both retainer-based and non-retainer projects.
10. Track performance metrics, provide regular updates to client teams, and proactively identify and resolve project or communication bottlenecks.
What You Will Need
1. A minimum of 5 years of professional work experience as Project Manager (in Creative Project) is required, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership or project management role.
2. Must have prior experience working in a creative or digital agency environment.
3. Proven ability to manage project timelines, resources, and budgets for multiple projects simultaneously. You should be highly disciplined and skilled in timeline management.
4. Possess strong leadership skills with the ability to provide clear direction and collaborate with creative teams.
5. A solid understanding of the creative production process is a must.
6. A mature individual who is confident and capable of making critical decisions to ensure project success.
7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
8. Must have a professional and presentable appearance.
9. Ability to work in Bandung (WFO).
